Honestly, he doesn't really look that much bigger...and no way is it remotely close to a Phil Heath size gain. I just don't see what your seeing.

too ME, when i saw his latest video, i myself thought holy crab he has gained a ton of size, just like when i saw phil heath do a few years back. im not saying he gained the same amount muscle as phil did but just the awe factor

i dont have time right now to dig up a video, but you can see clearly just from videos from a few years ago, he has gained considerable amt of size.
