Anti-estrogens

Need some opinions guys,
I'm running gh, test, and anadrol. I've been looking into some estrogen blockers and not sure which to use.
Nolvadex, Arimidex, Proviron
I was thinking Proviron cause it promotes muscle hardness.
Arimidex cause it actually a blocker esp for gyno.
I tried nolva in the past and got acne from use. But is the most common anti-estrogen.
So any input on wt u think is best would help. Thanks

I am not a fan of using AI's or SERMS unless they are needed. They can cause various negative issues when taken long term. It all depends upon your cycle and sensitivity. I do like taking proviron during a cycle though. I always have nolva and adex incase of possible sides. But only use them when they are needed (gyno etc). There are various ways to finish a cycle and tapering down is probably the best. But I like to finish with nolva and clomid to get rid of the estrogen build up. So I would just wait and see how you are. If your unhappy with the amount of water weight or gyno comes about then please use them. Although anyone taking adrol mustn't mind some water weight cos it should be like a tap has been turned on inside your body (I always carry loads of water on it). But your right proviron will harden you up nicely. I would take it in intervals throughout your cycle (defo when on adrol).
