Anti-histamines pre-contest?

It's been 20 years since my last contest, back then there weren't any good OTC anti-histamines. I'm currently using Claritin for some seasonal allergies. My question is do I cut out the Claritin the last week or two before my contest & deal with the allergies or would it have any effect on my contest prep?

keep it. i guess you're worried about wate retention, claritin does'nt cause any. ive been on since it came out. want to really look and feel like hell? go into a contest with severe allergies.lol
