AV vs Regan. Winner = AV... Even from a non size purely aesthetic perspective.... My opinion. Possibly bias lol.

I think regan looks like shit TBH. AV looks good for sure, but I dont think he'll fair well in classic as it's becoming very routine oriented, look hat Terrence Ruffin just did.

Ive yet to see someone make the transition into classic correct, it's gotta be hard for the 212 guys to get the dug out when big doses of gh and slin come into play.

he was probably flat as a pancake before he stepped on the scale.. they had a decent amount of time to carb up.. remember what fast acting insulin can do.


he's gonna have to downsize a little bit for sure.. but as it is, his quads are way too big for the rest of his body..


so lose some size there, put it on the arms and shoulders... and voila.



he was pushing the food and drugs hard, which is why he was growing so fast (good genes as well obvi).. all he has to do is let up on the gas, and things will fall into place. its almost like guys think he's just gonna blow back up to 250 without actually trying to

I can agree with that. If he drops size/muscle tissue from certain places, specifically his quads as you stated. I mainly was referring to if he tries to keep the size he has.

I think he can do well in classic as well.
