anxiety! (Toprol-xl)

Hey guys from a post a few days ago I have ben havin anxeity problems lately! Which I only get when I am on but I went to the doc and he gave me escitalopram. That can take 2-3 weeks to work but for immediate he gave me toprol-xl(metoprolol succinate) and I must say this stuff works like you wouldn't believe! I cannot take benzo's becuase they are too addicting for me and when he gave me these I was a bit skeptic but they work great! They allow me to get a good night rest and not stay up all night thinking about killing people! I honestly felt really good and happy which is not often for me! I know alot of people on here have anxiety so I thought I would just post this so if some of you want to look into it. Thought it might help a few of you-later
