Any advice on making my liver better?

This is my current bloodwork. Im only taking a little bit of Test, Deca and Arimidex. I did use to drink A LOT of hard liquor but I have completely cut that out. Any advice?

Synthergine it works excellent.

I have done bloodwork a few times and it makes a difference.

Avoid alcohol like the plague.
Drink lots of water and do cardio daily.

At least a couple of years. I'm on 250 msg of test and 200 msg of deca a week.

Way I see it your on a little bit of AAS and yr liver values are elevated a little bit....
Try some of those suppps mentioned above.
If its of more concern Get off ofcourse ...
Wish mine looked as good..

My numbers were close to yours about 2 years ago when I went for bloodwork .i was using test and deca .4 weeks later they did a hepatitis test and it was negative and my ast/alt were back in normal range.i didn't come off or drop my dose .dont know why my ast/alt were high but 4 weeks later with no change on my end my ast/alt were back in normal range .i would retest in a couple of weeks

Additionally, training itself can cause elevated liver enzymes. The doctor should test GGT as those levels help aid in determining if the elevated ALT and AST are from muscular trauma or directly related to the liver.

low fat, restrict simple carbs (keep insulin low as possible). And avoid all medications including OTC that effect your liver negatively.

How close to the test was any intense training?

You also have a post about bad cholesterol, you mentioned that you used to drink heavily, what's your diet like now? Alcohol and high insulin along with low clorine will give you a fatty liver. Contributing to both your issues.

This topic has been discussed about 5 times in the last 6 months.

Synthergine and TUDCA are the best. Use them when using toxic aas or your liver needs a boost.

Use something like LIV-52 most of the year for protection.

Drinks lots of water or lemon water.

Ok, you guys sold me on the Synthergine, other half and I are gonna use it. She had real bad liver numbers about a month ago, she has type 2 diabetes as well, which doesn't help with the numbers. Thanks

Here is my opinion:

-Use alcohol only in moderation

-Drink tons of water every day

-Stay away from all oral drugs if you can (until your results get better)

-Lots of veggies and fiber every day

-Use a high quality multi vitamin and mineral every day (make sure it does not contain too much vitamin A)

-I take milk thistle year round and it has help keep my liver enzyme within normal range (i had some issues in the past)
