Any benefit to using HGH without insulin?

I am on TRT (200mg TC weekly, 500iu x 2 HCG weekly)
I train about noon every day. I wake up and have a quick meal before training. Usually a glass of liquid egg whites and 1/4 cup of chocolate milk (for flavor). So I get about 40 grams of protein 90 minutes before training.

Some say take it upon rising. Some say wait until the evening a few hours before bed.

What would be best?
 
For those running a low dose GH withOUT insulin, how do you take it? AM? Empty stomach? Prior or post training?


Bedtime, all in one shot.


Makes me sleepy post-injection, also been shown to work more naturally if taken at bedtime when your natural secretion would happen.
 
It depends on your goals, I'm always after fat loss so I take it in the morning when I'm active and fasted.

But in reality the difference is probably minuscule, I understand the concept of taking it at night when your natural pulse would be but in my mind I always felt like why would I want to override my natural pulse?

Not what most people want to hear, but you just have to experiment, in my opinion.

For example, I took 2iu of GH per day at night for a long time, because I read that GH makes you tired. I was having a lot of trouble sleeping, so I switched the GH to the AM and found my sleep issues disappeared.
