I am on TRT (200mg TC weekly, 500iu x 2 HCG weekly)
I train about noon every day. I wake up and have a quick meal before training. Usually a glass of liquid egg whites and 1/4 cup of chocolate milk (for flavor). So I get about 40 grams of protein 90 minutes before training.
Some say take it upon rising. Some say wait until the evening a few hours before bed.
What would be best?
