Probably over s year since I've had protein powder in the house, since I've been getting good deals on my chicken breast from the butchers rather than super market crap my gains through the roof

Food is always a better choice for protein. IMO you dont NEED protein powder. Ive gone without it for months and couldnt reall tell any deff.

Hell yea...add ice cream n a lil milk and I don't think it gets much better lol... The flavor this week is egg whites w lil milk, publix mixed berry ice cream, with a few handfulls of bluberries and razberries...last week...egg whites, chocolate milk, and expresso chip ice cream....waaaaaatttt...so good... Im havin fun finding new flavor combos

I always have Opt Nutr whey iso on top of fridge, only use it when i dont have time to eat before work...good protein for on the move...otherwise, i really
dont care for it...bloated and gas cramps not for me

I didn't use any protein powders for my last two preps, I used liquid egg whites instead. I'm trying not to use any this prep too, I prefer using whole foods in my diet. I find I my stomach just feels better, and fuller that way.

I'd AT LEAST be using pure whey isolate as a pre and post training supplement. Whey isolate is absorbed very quickly. Both Pure Supplement Powders and Synthetek have the most pure whey isolate you can possibly get...No fillers or other crap...Just pure whey isolate.:lightbulb:

Whole food is obviously better if you can eat enough, but protein powder is just a supplement, there's no scam in it (other then some of the brands that are overloaded with shit and way overpriced), it's just extra protein for when you can't meet your necessary protein needs for the day.
