What you would ant to use that has no malware attached is eMule for the eDonkey network @ emule-project.com. Once you have it insatlled and configured, you can go to shareprovider.com and click on licks to add them to your queue. There is also bittorrent from http://www.bittorrent.com/ which is good. I do not like limewire or kazaa.
