As some of you know I am doing a weight loss challenge and thanks for all the advice. I spent the past 18 months just building muscle and now I am cutting. I am loosing alot of muscle especially in my arms. I am freaking out because I want to do a show april 22 for physique and I dont want to loose all the hard earned muscle. I took a cycle of pro hormones but no steriods or test. My only experience with steriods and test is deca, tren, dbol, test p and test e. I have never taken anything to cut except clen.

I am thinking about test p and clen for 2 months then only clen.

Right now I am 248, '2, and 16% BF. My measurements are chest 52, arms 21 (but shrinking fast), thighs 28.5, waist 38, butt 46.

I was thinking on high reps only for waist down excercise except trying to build me calves a little more. Then staying between 8-12 reps for upper body.

Hit me with what you guys think.
