Any Ladies have had an breast implant exchange?

I am going to get bigger breast implants and was wondering if anyone else out there has had theirs exchanged for new ones or bigger ones. I understand it is not as painful as the pocket is already there but I am also considering the silicone gel ones as they are lighter and softer. Anyone share their experience. I am cutting the timing close as my doc is away and I start my contest prep in April.

I know ladies that have, and I did not hear anything negative....in most cases it was either just because they wanted more size, or the needed to be replaced, due to several different reasons.....

one IFBB pro had alot of separation between the breast, so she wanted to bring them closer...I hear thats pretty popular reason for many......as you know from working chest, you will get the space in the middle that alot girls dont like...good luck, be safe

I notice that alot of girls don't work their chest at all, in figure anyway. Seems wierd to me to have muscle everywhere except pecs.

My wife's saline implants developed a leak and had to be replaced. she went slightly larger, and with the new silicone. the healing time was FAR less as well as the pain compared to the initial procedure being considerable less. She was back in the gym and living a normal life pretty fast..

I will say, that if you are considering changing them, the silicone is soooo much more natural feeling and looking. She likes the way they feel a lot more, and so do i

she avoided chest training for about a month.. If you are referring to the new silicone implants that are like gummy bear consistancy and cannot leak, they are not available in the US year, as FDA approval has not been granted. The ones my wife got are the latest greatest, that when punctured really don't leak, with a thicker membrane, and they really feel natural..

I've seen this too...some only do 2 exercises for chest once a week and not heavy.

I am changing them, somehow mine got smaller, don't know if it is because my pecs are bigger and that flattens them out or maybe they are leaking. I go to my doctor at the end of March to see what he says and I hoping to get the silicone gel ones! Bigger of course! Mine are small and you can't tell I have implants. Thanks for your info!

deff keep us updated on what you do maybe with pics, im not being a perv not naked ones. my GF wants to get hers redone because she had one of the plastic surgery nightmares that no one ever hears about and hers got like small ripples in the sides when she bends certain ways and when no really supported, so i would like to here about you getting them redone as that is what she wants to do.

My ex had it done and her experience was more favorable than the first.

Well, I saw my surgeon yesterday and I am set to go on May 21 for my new gel implants. Probably going to get around 600cc's. I am very excited! I may get in sooner if there is a cancellation.

I was curious if you went over or under. I went for the saline 350cc in 2002 and went under. I def agree they seem smaller and also the space inbetween by the sternum is'nt pleasing. Also, was the 600cc in each? or total between the 2..Good luck with the surgery..

I am going in tomorrow and finalized my size at 700cc each. I already have 400cc saline implants under the muscle and would say that my size is equal to a C even though my bra size is 32DD. As you know that naturals and implants can't be compared in bra sizes. I also have no natural breast tissue. I have "boy" boobs!

"Boy boobs" now thats funny..before my surgery i was the president of the itty bitty titty commity but had to resign since i made the 6k investment..Well good for you gf..good luck with everything and the new filling..

Well, it has been 4 weeks since my surgery and I was back at the gym after only 5 days! I took it easy, didn't go to heavy. I had some pain the first couple of days because he made my pockets a little closer together so I could have some cleavage. There was no other pain except for the new incisions. Now they are as good as new! I settled on 700cc each and now I am a 34 DDD. That sounds big but I have no natural boobs at all and they are this size because they are wide, honestly they don't look that big at all and I would have gone to 800cc but did not want to be cut underneath! They gel is waaaayyyyy better! No rippling, lighter, softer and feel natural.
