any one work 3rds take gh?

I work 3rds but I work out at5p.m. and then ill do my first shot of gh but how long shoot?3-4 hours?I doing want to take it to work. I work at 10:30 p.m.

I work 3rd shift as well. Do my first inject around 6pm, then do my second one before bed, which is about 8-9am. This has worked well for me.

The thing is doing pre bed will hurt the natural release.I was thinking of doing the 2nd one right before work around 10. But om not shore if thts to close. To the first one p.m.around 6-7 p.m.

There's a couple posts on here where it talks about gh and doing it pre bed and it not hurting natural release. I think it's one of those things where we aren't exactly sure if it does or not. I've done it for awhile and have had great results.

Thanks man that's prob. The only way I can do it then.there's not much time in the day working 3rds when doing gh.im wondering if that's to much time tho in between.
