bigheinz i got this stuff called dr. colon clean.u put 1 heaping teaspoonfull in 6to8 oz.of water or juice drink it followed by one non-time released vit.c 1000mg.and or the juice of a squeezed lemon.and let me tell u dont make plans to leave your house for that day because u will be shitting water for the entire day real good stuff.if i remember u are from miami like me if so i got it at A.N.N(ALL NATURAL NUTRITION)ON CORALWAY AND 122 AVE.NEXT TO PARTY CITY it cost 29.99.good stuff man.

My advice, magnesium citrate, commonly sold as CitroMag. You can get it at the pharmacy, it's OTC. It's used for cleaning out the colon prior to certain medical procedures and examinations. Works extremely well if you are constipated. My advice, make sure you haven't eaten anthing for at least 6 hours before using. If not your going to wish you had chewed your food better...

LOL...... I did the same thing with the sugar free gummi bears!! My GF still refers to it as the 'Gummi Tummy' incident. I just try not to think about it, it was less than pleasant.
