any use igf-des and insulin pre wo

i am interested in trying des but im currently taking 12 iu slin prewo. anybody know how to combine the two. im currently taking 5iu gh 30 min pre then 12iu humalog right before i train. i used lr3 before 30 min pre with slin and i've also done dat's micro dose protocol. Any input would be appreciated.

I do gh 1hour pre wo, 15 mins later hum R and pre wo drink. 20mins pre wo des and intra drink during wo. I hope that helps.

ive done a similar protocol. i am interested in finding out timing for humalog and des together pre wo? and with this were else would be a good place to put the gh instead of pre or in the morning? any one know how far away your gh shot should be from your des shot?
