Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 cup oat flour
2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp applesauce
1 packet artifical sweetener (I prefer splenda)
Dash of cinnamon
Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon batter into a preheated waffle iron (Add
some nonstick cooking spray).Cook until golden brown and serve with sugar free
syrup or cut strawberries.

Whole Wheat Protein Belgian Waffles
3C Whole Wheat Flour
2T Baking Powder
.5tsp Salt
1/4 C Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
2 Scoops Protein Powder (chocolate is yummy, but vanilla is good as well.)
4 Egg whites
3C Skim Milk
1C Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix by hand only until mixed. Do not over mix.
Cook in Professional Type Belgian waffle maker.
