Recently the company that I had been purchasing my grass-fed micellar caesin from quit selling it(not a sponsor). I wanted to try Emeric and Phil's but they were out at the time so I went with another company that claimed grass-fed(not a sponsor but believe they were at one time). When I received it I was concerned as the color was off white/yellowish, the texture was not smooth and creamy, and the taste was kind of sweet. I sent an e-mail to the company and described my concerns. I didn't receive a response so I called the company and spoke with someone who I believe was one of the owners. He said that it sounded like I got something other than micellar caesin and that he would send me another 5 pound bag that was definitely micellar caesin and that I did not need to return the bag I already had. When I received the next bag it was identical to the first bag. So I figured that maybe their product is just processed differently and is actually micellar caesin. Recently I became aware that Phil and Emeric had their micellar caesin back in stock and placed an order. It arrived today and looks and tastes like the old micellar caesin I used to get and the way I thought it should look and taste. I still have around 9 pounds of the off/white yellowish micellar caesin that I am doubting is actually micellar caesin. Is there any way to have the product tested to find out what exactly it is? I don't want to confront or accuse the company of anything until I know for sure that it isn't micellar caesin.
