Anybody Parkour instead of running?

young fitness type bodybuilders here, any of you guys parkour instead of treadmill?
im definitely too old for this type of exercise but if i was in college age, i wouldnt mind running around all over the place doing this over treadmill.

lol can you imagine Jay Cutler or Kai Greene running around doing flips off of rooftops and jumping over hand railing? People would be freaking the f*ck out, and Jay and Kai's hearts would probably explode
