Anyone deal with oral allergy syndrome?

Ive been dealing with it for years but the list of foods that I can't eat is continually growing. After several years I now can't eat any fruits and very few vegetables. My main staple which is sweet potatoes are now causing it. Its extremely frustrating and almost making eating any kind of healthy meals an impossibility. I can eat meat, eggs, white potatoes and rice without any trouble but fruits, most vegetables, and nuts are off the list.

Ive been to allergists and basically they say my only choice is avoidance.

I know there are some intelligent people on here from over the years. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?

Did you know that the main source of vitamins and minerals are fruits and veggies???
Without the essential vitamins and minerals every day in your body is just a matter of time until something catastrophically breaks....

If doctors tell you that your solution is to not eat nutrients....well, that pretty much shows the deplorable despicable corrupt medical system we have....despite people swearing by drugs and living on all kind of drugs "because the doctor said so"
