Anyone eat Tripe?

its just an acquired taste. I love trying new things tho. i wish i could work for man vs food.

Anyone here eat tripe. I don't know how popular it is but I have a Big Italian Family and we eat a lot of tripe.

Thats something I have never had. Ate a ton of italian foods but never this. I'm game to try new foods though.
