Anyone else look better training less?

It's pretty good, very in depth and specific. They continue to release new results constantly. Its not cheap but I can't say it's not helpful
 
I personally find that I do look better aesthetically in a de load phase after heavy training due to water loss. Just my .02

Honestly it's just too much info. You're better off going to fitnessgenes.com and they explain. There's like 20 different results that's would take me hours to copy here
 
I used to train, 6X per week. Now every second day. That thinks to work best for me. I have been doing it for 4 years.
I have been training for almost 30.

I'm going to have to check this out. My only concern is they probably don't consider if you are on gear and gh which has a huge affect on how you train.
 
Another thing I've noticed is when I train less days I get way more pumps and I'm much more sore the following few days.
