BOY, I'LL TELL YOU....WE HAVE SOME GREAT FEMALE LIFTERS ON THE BOARD. I AM MORE MOTIVATED BY SOME OF THE LADIES HERE IN THE PHOTO SECTION THAN I AM OF THE MEN <INCLUDING MYSELF> IF THEY LOOK AS GOOD AS THEY DO WITH LESS MALE HORMONES, HIGHER NATURAL BODYFAT LEVELS <DUE TO REPRODUCTIVE NECESSITY> AND LESS STRENGTH.....WERE DOES THAT LEAVE THE REST OF US?! HAHAHA....I'D BETTER GET OFF MY ASS WHEN A 120LB GIRL LOOKS BETTER THAN I DO.

no joke bro. Squat Ass motivates me more than ANY hard core male I've ever come across. Seems like it takes ALOT more effort for females to achieve the perfect body than it does for males. What I mean is, I don't have to do ANY cardio to stay lean. Squat Ass does cardio twice a day, and it's INTENSE! And she trains 5 days a week in the gym with huge volume. When is the last time you did 20 minutes of non-stop walking lunges for cardio AFTER a balls out back squat, front squat, stiff leg dead, weighted step up workout! I'm talking an all out set of 5 back squats followed by a drop set of 25 reps, stripping plates 5 times and going to failure every time. Then front squats from a dead weight in the rack, max sets of 3. Then stiff leg deads on a box to the top of the foot for an insane 3 sets of 15. Then tall bax step ups with a 65lb barbell on her back for 5 reps each leg. Try this one, it's sick! Then straight into 20 minutes of lunges... UNREAL! No wonder her abs are better than mine right now...

Im gonna go ahead n agree here, although we got sum guys with great physiques as well. I think our board overall is just the most fit board on the net haha. You go through other member section pix on other boards n they dotn look nothin like our members. We should be proud to be number one. Just wish i could add to it, but im havin self confidence issues postin my pix w all the awesome physiques we got on here haha.

Good points Jethro. I think in many cases women can be more focused than men. My wife is getting back into the gym after having our 2nd daughter 3 months ago and she is putting people to shame. She knows what she needs to do, and just does it. No shouting, prancing around with ILS. Just quiet hard work.
