Anyone ever try these 2 exercises?

I used to do this exercise for my triceps. It's like doing a flat dumbell press, but instead of your handsout wide, you hold the dumbells in a neutral position. You just press up and it's like a flat dumbell press but you feel it more in your tris and front delts. It also has a deper range of motion.

Sometimes I would use this same grip when doing seated overhead dumbell presses. I hold the dumbells in a neutral grip and just press straight up over my head. Good range of motion there.

Anyone ever try these two exercises? What did you think?

There's been arguments about this but I say that any time your
pressing straight out infront, dumb bell presses, or bench your
tris play a major role.

I agree. For a tricep exercise, I used to do flat dumbell presses with a neutral grip and my tris would get a huge pump. I actually think this is a better exercise for the tris than close grip bench press.
