Larry Scott in this clip at 2:40 seconds shows how to use a lat pull down to stimulate the Brachialis muscle group. What do you guys think about this small muscle group that runs between the bi and tri, and what about stimulation techniques or do you feel its not necessary? LOOK AT 2:40 INTO THE VIDEO. Thanks in advance for your responses guys!

Larry was my first trainer ever and he had an incredible knowledge in training. brachialis sits under the bicep and it actually pushes bicep upward causing the peaked look. it can help make your arm look more 3 dimentional. it can also be hit with reverse curl, hammer curls.

Looks like an interesting technique. People should have somewhat of a good emphasis on their hammer and reverse curls. I lot of training protocols will stress this because we tend to overlook working the brachialis. John Meadows talks about this in his arm training articles.

I read somewhere super setting close grip pull downs with thumbless grip reverse curls will bring that muscle group up. Ill have to look into John Meadows training for this group.

Hammer Curls!!!!
Thats what I have used to bring mine up. I didnt even know they existed until they started growing lol

Mine get a good bit of stimulation during back work. When I train arms seperately, I'll hit a few sets of hammer and reverse curls (ez-curl thumbless).

Hammer Curls!!!!

Same thing here ! I actually always trained them somewhat with heavy hammer curls 4-6 reps , and recently I switched it up and started using 10-14 strict reps straight sets ,and really focusing on the muscle connection and boy I kid you not they have improved LOTS , I hardly noticed the muscle before and now its one of my strong points on my arms.

The brachialis is the primary flexor of the elbow, also the strongest flexor of the elbow. Comparitively the biceps is a relatively weak elbow flexor.
