Larry Scott in this clip at 2:40 seconds shows how to use a lat pull down to stimulate the Brachialis muscle group. What do you guys think about this small muscle group that runs between the bi and tri, and what about stimulation techniques or do you feel its not necessary? LOOK AT 2:40 INTO THE VIDEO.
