It has been my experience that SF (as was mentioned) customs ARE BY FAR THE WORST IMO. I have had a handfull of packs snagged there. Why is this? Why is SF (of all places) such a bitch?

hey bro your not shopping at walmart.if he didn't pay for the insurance then he made the decision to save money and take the risk of losing a pack.they sent the pack and it got seized.so why would flame or try to destroy the site if they did what they said and insurance was not purchased.if you play in a game of risks then you are always taking a chance of something going wrong.so unless you are just out right scammed,why would you try to ruin them?alot of these people have been scammed and people are always trying to find new ways to scam them.i say try to resolve a problem through every avenue possible before you start bringing it public.

Good point, but too many people would just let this go. If this kinda shit happened to me, I would ruin that sites reputation. I would spend hours everyday flamming there site on ever bb website I could think of. Then i'd send threating emails till I got my money back.

I also have a friend that purchased insurance along with a significant amount of product. NO product...NO letter...NO returned e-mails!! What would you suggest at this point??

yes the guy in question paid the bullshit insurance....The site is a fraud.The guy ripped off is a friend of mine also.They never returned and email or nothing.So much for the 100% guarantee!
