Anyone going to Olympia?

The wife and I considering going, leaving Thursday night and coming back Sunday.

Has anyone gone to the show in the past? Just wondering from those that have been if it's worth going?

I see the Expo tickets are unavailable online, but those can be purchased at the door. Show tickets are fairly reasonable, but I'm not sure we'd be able to see well back in the cheap seats.

Any insight?

I am going. I arrive Friday and leave Monday. Going to the prejudging and night show. First time ever to the Olympia so I am beyond excited!

I'm going along with some other competitors from Alaska and my youngest daughter and her husband. Then on Sunday my daughter is taking me climbing at Red Rocks!!!

Been to a few in the past. Had a great time. I liked the expo and meeting the pros more than the actual show though. Also noticed more aggression in the gym for awhile after that weekend. I guess it lit a fire in my ...

I'll be there working for Cutler Athletics at the Expo.

As far as the contest, they have huge screens on the sides of the stage.

In past years I have actually sat dead center in the back of the arena on purpose. Especially Friday which doesn't come close to selling out. So I can sit by myself.

Any other questions about anything just ask. Oh, can't help yo with night life after the show since I'm typically in bed by 7 pm.

Third year tht I will be attending and I can say that I hv had such a great time every year that I plan on going every year. Not only for the Olympia but the expo as well as well. I hv met hundreds of great people from around the world all into the same stuff as we here on pm are. To me I really enjoy the entire event. So many great people from around the world all come to share their opinions and stories, not to mention so many great bodies at the pools!! I would recommend trying to get out to at least one Olympia in ur life time if ur into the fitness life style u won't be disappointed.
