i’m at work and mixing greek yogurt with a little milk to thin it out and blend it with strawberries and blueberries makes a solid protein source that’s cold and i can drink quickly at work. homade version of the Chobani Greek yogurt drinks. or a canned whey drink and a couple banana for a quick snack. things i can eat and drink with dirty ish hands. lunch and dinner are always whole foods i make some oat and banana balls that are pretty good as well
