It happened in Duluth Georgia yesterday.
I won the middleweight class. Overall went to lightheavy I believe. First name was Ron, his last name escapes me. His conditioning was great.

Congrats, you looked good....you doing the GA State in a few weeks?
I was there bro, You looked great!
44 and I believe he was a light heavy. Could be wrong though. Extremely nice guy.
Thanks guys!
After input from judge, talking to Lee Haney, my training partner and others. The consensus is to take my physique to the next level. I will forgo the GA State show. I need to bring my upper body on par with my legs and get better conditioned. I started my diet late and needed two more weeks but it is what it is. I need wider and thicker lats, bigger arms (Namely tricep thickness from the back) and wider shoulders. Since I'm so short, I need to accentuate a smaller waist to not appear as blocky.
My wife and I were also at the show sitting in the audience. You looked really good on stage and deserved your class win.
