Has he tried Pramipexole?

No not prami but I had him bring up caber to his doctor and was told it was an outdated treatment now. Anything script I would assume has already been looked into in general, but regardless I do plan on going with him to the doc next time so I won't leave any stone unturned.

l dopa is stronger, but along side might help.

i have lyme, 80% of Cronic Lyme get Parkinson. Nicotine, creatine, b vitamins, glp-1s and keto/low carb are all valid considerations
