In two weeks I'm having elbow surgery to remove a painful bone spur from my elbow. Its right where the tricep attaches so my surgeon will have to remove a tiny bit of the tendon and reattach it when he removes the spur. I have been dealing with this for years and finally decided to get it taken care of. My workouts have been struggling lately bad with pressing movements because of the pain.
If anybody had similar procedures done I was wondering how the recovery was and when you got back to 100% and when you started lifting again after the surgery?
I'm so hoping this fixes my problem and I can press in the future pain free and not be limited on certain exercises! I'm kinda excited about getting it done and hoping my bad arm will be like my good arm in the future. I feel this really holds back my progress.
