Anyone have experience with Bam 15?

500mg is what I’m hearing is the minimum efficacious dose.

Most run 500-1,500 mcg

If we are talking about SLU (assuming you are), I got the proton spin feeling with 500mcg. Extra sweaty and ran hot. 1-200mcg and I'm good.

If Mike does get this kicked off my game plan for the summer will be 100mcg SLU and 50mg of BAM.

SLU&BAM have great cellular synergy when it comes to the mitochondria.

Anecdotally, I tried 100 mcg SLU for a month on a cut once, no noticeable difference.
Did 500 mcg split into 2 daily doses another 30 days, best fat loss ever.

I’m on a discord group where they are trying to convince a Chinese manufacturer to produce 50mg SLU tablets as the 20mg ones aren’t enough for them which sounds a bit crazy. Many in the same group are on 20-25mg tirz a week and complaining it isn’t enough. I like reading these things because it makes me feel better about the time I went to 4mg of it for a few weeks to see what it would do.

The price would be $249.99 prior to the 15% discount, so about $207-$208 afterwards. From all the companies I've seen selling it, the price is way higher for way less product. If anyone is interested, I'll buy some, get it tested, and if all goes well, put it on the site.

Sounds good to me. What do you think an effective, realistic (affordable) dose is?

I’m guinea pig myself for that just to see what it’s like.

I got that email too from AA. Theirs is super pricey. I thought I remembered reading at least 150mg per day.
