Anyone help with knee tendon problem

Just wondering if anyone knows or has had the same problem i have just been training through it for over a year now but am getting sick of it the tendon that must run behind my knee gives me shit every time i do hammies no pain involved but clicks on the way down getting worried may get worse or something else wrong, should i try and stretch it out keep thinking it will go away but no lol.
