Anyone here on irbesartan?

My doctor is switching me to irbesartan 150 mg vs 20 mg altace a day for proteinuria.
He has also mentioned a new drug called Filspari if it does not work. He won't use jardiance says it's a terrible drug and had me on Kerendia which about killed me with cramps and felt dehydrated. Potassium levels were fine but no go there.

Ive never heard about these but what does he say is bad about jardiance? i havent seen any negative reviews or experiences with it.
