Anyone here supplementing with Progesterone or Pregnenolone?

I'm due for labs, a fella told me I should get those two checked and use Progesterone or Pregnenolone if I'm low on them

Any suggestions?

Some would say that when you're permanently suppressed via TRT, you need pregnenolone and dhea supplementation. I don't have 'before' labs to back this up, but I've been taking 100mg pregnenolone and 25mg dhea for years and I just don't feel as good if I run out out those. They're cheap and worth taking for me.

Test your pregnenolone level. If it's not optimal, take it.

I have taken Progesterone and pregnenolone in the past and noticed nothing for it, but never had my bloods checked.
