Personally I didn't get on with it, I used the first available version which I think was something to do with Dan Duchaine called HPDX. I felt like crap on it but didn't feel any significant body temp elevation like on DNP so I gave it away to a mate because I didn't think it was worth the sides (though I only gave it a week or so) but my mate loved it, got some pleasing fat loss results & didn't seem to suffer the sides I did to the same extent (headaches, lethargy).

I used it when Duchaine 1st promoted it as DNP -ight with his HPDx supplement. It made me feel REALLY aweful. Now, I have no problem with feeling aweful, IF, the end results are worth it. However, the end results were sub par. If you're going to use an uncoupler, go for DNP. I felt better on it, & the results were 100000x better. DNP, at sane dosages, is the best fat burner in the history of mankind.

At what level would you consider using DNP ? I mean like what fat level would be too much or too little. Like maybe if you were say 25% would it be a good idea or is it ok when your say 15% or maybe 10% ????

I really don't think there is a 'level' where you should use it. Infact, DNP is such a compound that I would never directly recommend it to someone to use, as it is VERY easy to screw up on. When used properly, it works wonders with minimum side effects. When misused, it can be a hellish nightmare.
