with constant injuries and pretty much living on an ice pack post training im thinking of new ways to go about my training. for years i didnt back off and i know this is partly the reason i am suffering now. i am using de load weeks much more but im still struggling. stuff like squats are still causing my back issues despite using good form and full range below parallel.
i have read several posts from MG who said about slow negatives, im just wondering who has lost some weight off the bar with stricter trainer and gained benefits??
