I believe in listening to the story some info has to be updated to an outstanding funds transfer. He said he has the MCTN but they will not change the info without an ID....I think he said his info did not match the senders info but he has all the original paperwork....

Im guessing he used a fake name to send it now he needs to change the pickup name or addy and cant because they are requiring his Id to do so or call from the phone listed on the paper which I guess isnt his either. I told him I would run it by a few folks to see what we could come up with.
