Anyone Running 10+ IUs of Generic HGH Without Side Effects?

Been running 15 IUs of generic HGH daily, split into four doses throughout the day, stacked with insulin, for the past month. Gains are solid, no complaints there, but the side effects are getting brutal.

My hands are constantly numb and tingling, to the point where I’m waking up every 2-3 hours and can’t hold anything properly. It’s getting worse every day, and I’m starting to question if the gains are worth it.

Is this inevitable at this dose, or has anyone actually found a way to manage this without dropping the dose? Just want to know if anyone’s been able to run 10+ IUs long-term without these crippling side effects.
 
Fair few posts on this topic but the overall answer is you’ve got 2 choices it seems

Lower the dose until the sides subside keep there for a bit and titrate back up slowly

Ride it out and hopefully the body adjusts to the dose eventually

Increase your potassium it’ll help a lot of your issues. I add no salt to every meal and my pre and intra shake.

That’s where I’d start personal and maybe throw in an electrolyte powder once or twice a day. Your heart is a sodium potassium pump so you don’t want to elevate potassium to dangerous ranges so just keep it low and consistent that’s why I just recommend no salt on meals for my clients.
 
ya actually i just started getting more into running more hgh latley, bumped it up to 12 iu split 4 iu 3x a day, tp's blacks, and for the most part some slight tingling very occasionly, occisionaly slight muscle cramp type aches, was almost wondering if I was just not susceptible to sides based on what others say
