In the video of him in the Dallas Thread where they had him, Lee Priest, and Dave on...I think he said he was using 1500mg Test weekly, an Ampule of Sten EOD, and an Oral I think.

But don't quote me on this as it's been a few days since I watched it.

That's about what he told me years ago... 1500 test, eq ( can't remember the dosage but not out of this world) and ana drol... He also included hgh ...

1500mg test, 50mg winstrol eod, 1 vial of Sten from Mexico eod. For USAs, he also added 5 units of GH, 5 units of insulin.

What's sten?

Think it's a mix of Test Prop and Cyp 125mg !! But if so, was he using it in addition to the 1500mg Test? Confusing

I could've swore he said 1250 test deca 400 and 8 iu gh 10 iu slin on here. (pretty close) But that's memory from long ago.
Keep in mimd that it was real.
Hell, if I recall he even stated he didn't know what he used prior because it was UG.
I'm sure we could look it up.

Nowadays he recommends whole body every day, 1 set to failure per bodypart, 15 to 20 reps. Take a day off as needed.

I tried it and it worked fine for legs, but not optimal for upper body.

I've been doing upper/lower split with days off when I feel tired and I feel good.

Was a mexican steroid that had cyp, prop and dhea. They used to be super cheap and worked really good. They came two amps to a box 2ml each. 75/25/20 i think if i remember right. I literally had a garbage bag full of them back in college.

10 minutes on the elliptical or stationary bike, 1 high rep set and some stretching.

:yeahthat: Had a powerlifter friend that used to bring tons of that up from Mexico back in the day. Cheap and effective!
