Anyone take baby aspirin daily?

I was reading about guys donating blood because Hematocrit can get high on cycle and was curious if daily use of baby aspirin would be beneficial on cycle for your blood to stay healthy? Thanks

baby aspirin does not by any means lower your H&H.. it prevents blood clots. For that reason, I do use 81mg aspirin daily.

Exactly. That's the only reason we take it. One baby aspirin a day and plenty of water will make sure your blood stays nice and thin. Makes the donation process go by real quick as well. Lol

My orthopedic surgeon had me take 1 325mg aspirin 2x daily post op for my knee replacement surgery 8 weeks ago to prevent clotting. Its a great addition to any supplementation that you are taking.

81mg aspirin has therapeutic effects as an anti-atherogenic agent for lowering Apo(a) and Lp(a) [apolipoprotein(a)]. Which I have genetically high Lp(a).

This is the primary purpose of why I personally use 81mg ASA.

I dose 81mgs prebed every night. I believe everyone should be doing this. Reduces risk of heart attack and stroke. I suffer from sleep apnea which increases these risks. Getting a cpap soon, waiting on results of my last sleep study from last week.

I workout a.m. so this then a N.O. product on the way.

Why the Nac and Vit C before bed? Isn't it wise to split Nac dose 600 am and 600 pm? Just curious.

I was reading that the aspirin should be taken at night as aspirin has a 12 hour half life and most heart attacks occur in the morning...anyone have any thoughts on this?

Yeap, 81mg every morning, been doing so for about 12-13 years now
