Anyone try the one set per bodypart per day workout?

Rest until I feel ready for next exercise ^^^ (pretty short rest)
 
How many warm ups before the main work set ?
Stretch, a few push ups, pull ups, body squats, and I was warmed up, ready to start!
 
How’s everyone that started this doing?
Getting stronger. Wasn't even looking for that was fine with my strength , but I'll never complain about improving.

Getting leaner (started with fairly defined abs). My ring fell off my middle finger the other day! Didn't know I had that finger fat to get rid of but sure glad it's gone... Gladly accepting donations for new jewelry

Weight seems fairly consistent so I assume I look bigger. (Compliments in public have gone up)
 
It can actually be a challenging workout if you push yourself hard. At first looking at it a lot of guys think its for beginners, but don't be fooled. Id like to get back to doing it soon but im out of shape right now.
 
How’s everyone that started this doing?
I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how well it’s been going. Going good even though I’m limited to just having a power block DB set, a pull up bar, some bands, and a Swiss ball. I’d imagine it would be even better if I could really push with normal equipment, bars, etc. I usually follow a template Dante posted for advanced guys a while back, but I honestly think I might occasionally switch to this method for a few weeks here and there for a change of pace once things are “back to normal”

It’s posted in one of his threads here somewhere. Also if you follow him on Instagram if you look back it’s in one of his posts there. If you can’t find it though I’ll PM you
 
I have noticed the same thing. Down 7 pounds so far and reps or weights keep going up. If you want the workout Phil did he explains it in this video.

I PM’ed you screenshots of the template from when he posted it on IG. I put them in reverse order though, so start at the bottom and go up, lol. It’s by far my favorite split and template I’ve ever used in my 30 years of working out!

I agree. To me the only reason to use social media is for career and to make money. I don't need either so I have no social media footprint. I think LinkedIn is a useful tool for jobs.
