Getting stronger. Wasn't even looking for that was fine with my strength , but I'll never complain about improving.How’s everyone that started this doing?
I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how well it’s been going. Going good even though I’m limited to just having a power block DB set, a pull up bar, some bands, and a Swiss ball. I’d imagine it would be even better if I could really push with normal equipment, bars, etc. I usually follow a template Dante posted for advanced guys a while back, but I honestly think I might occasionally switch to this method for a few weeks here and there for a change of pace once things are “back to normal”How’s everyone that started this doing?

I agree. To me the only reason to use social media is for career and to make money. I don't need either so I have no social media footprint. I think LinkedIn is a useful tool for jobs.Haha same ! No social media for me i am proud redneck
