Anyone use BPC-157? NEED DOSING INFO

Been using TB500 for a couple weeks now and it seems to be working a little on my pec tear already but my tendonitis in my bicep/forearm is excruciating and after doing research on BPC it appears to have greater affect on tendon repair. and thats exactly what i'm looking for though there is zero info on dosing regimen thus far

The rat studies were 10mcg/kg, but I don't know how that would extrapolate to humans
