No, DAC will work regardless because you are avoiding the hit and miss of somatostatin secretion, ModGRF is not the best by itself as you may be unlucky and inject it as you are secreting somatostatin and it cant amplify a pluse that isnt happening...

No, im saying GHRH amplifies the natural GH pulse as long as there is no somatostatin around, DAC overcomes this as its always amplifying the pulse, its half life is long enough that it can outwait the negative feedback somatostatin and then increase the pulse.
