Anyone use Ghee? I was checking this one out that seems widely available.

Cool I figure this brand looked good and by reading how they produced it and easy to get. Trying to find organic butter non-homogenized cow's milk at farms is just to hard. The stuff above says grass fed too.

VEry high smoke point. I like ghee, but it tends to be pretty expensive. I usually just use Kerrygold grassfed butter

as long as you can find a butter that meets your requirements, you can make ghee at home. fairly easily as well. i know if you cant easily find organic butter it will make this tougher to do... but for those that can, give it a try.

Love ghee. Use it all the time. Pure Indian foods is a great one. Purity Farms is a good alternative as well.
