Anyone use IP accutane?

My g/f is on the prescription now at 40mg/day 2 doses(80mg total) for 5months and just lost her health insurance. There is no way she can afford this anymore but the ip accutane is affordable. Has anyone used? Did it work? Thanks

BTW she was a rare case that had it prescribed to he when she 16 and had to take again at 19 then again at 21 all at 80mg per day in 2 doses. It stayed clear but came back and shes almost 24 now. She already had a full liver test done and everything was flawless.

I used ip's accutane 2 years ago & it didn't do anything except give me a mild stomach ache. I've used 10mg accutane before & I know what it feels like. IPs were 20mg & they felt like nothing. Since accutane is a gel & light sensetive, I have no idea how ip got his into tab form. Either way, I got zero effects from it & went back to the real Dr prescribed 10mg accutanes.

it works ok

it not as good as prescription accutane (i used the gel caps), but it does work ok. id imagine she would notice much if she's going from the gel caps to IP's, unless she ups the dose, which i wouldnt do without doing bloodtests monthly.

IP Accutane

I've tried the IP 25mg mini-tabs, the 40 mg caps, and his liquid version, as well as the AG-Guys version.

For sure that the IP stuff worked as I used it for months, but since Accutane needs to be taken for months to get results, I can't give fair review of AG or IP liquid- just tried one order of each.

I had used the real Roaccutane gel caps for about a year before, and the difference compared to IPs is that I need more (20mg - day went to 40+mg/day) and the sun sensitivity. I know you have to be careful in sun on this, but I got a bad sun rash from IPs, but never from Roche's. It really is annoying as it can wreck a day at the beach or a vacation.

If you google enough, you may still be able to find an international source for the real accutane- it's still way more $$ than IP brand. I hope you find what you need, as accutane is only thing that helps me.
