anyone use ketotifen?

i'm planning on running clen for 3 weeks starting tomorrow and i have some ketotifen. does anyone know what the best was to use this for optimal results?

No, ketofin works way better. Ive tried benedryl before and just does not do the job.

Do you still have to take time off from the clen when running keto? Like 2wks on with clen one wk off while using the keto then back on again or just run the keto the whole time with the clen?

You can take clen all the way through but personaly I have a week off clen every couple of months whilst running keto just to make sure and then continue the keto until keto runs out but still take clen with the keto.

Really? Ive used keto once and use benedryl now because it helps me to sleep more. The benedryl works fine for me.

I run Clen straight through for 16 weeks. Keto is used at night....Lucky for me I am not tired the next day.

Yeah they do but lucky for me I can just buy it in the pharmacy

i've used both and the benedryl i thought worked fine and didnt make me as sleepy the next day. iv read keto is better tho
