Anyone use vapor pens for dieting?

My buddy convinced me to try his yesterday. He had some strawberry milkshake flavored juice in it. Tasted great and I could definitely see how it could be useful while dieting. I am pretty sure that there are even juices available that are infused with chemicals to aid things like dieting, sleep, relaxation etc.. Nevertheless, I still can't handle the vapor. That shit made me cough like a mad man!

I sure do buddy. lower doses compared to most. Why would I want to add MORE unknown compounds with unknown effects? I cant live without TRT, I can make it through some hunger pangs. Hey since I use some ug TRT why don`t I go shoot some heroin too.... no thanks on that too.

Your hungry, whaaaaa!! Suck it up you babies. How do you even make it through a workout without crying. If somebody puts in so much effort to being "healthy" why would you vape? Ok, I would not use it, now you can carry on and bash me.

This reminds me of a guy who carries a pile of rocks one by one for his ego when there is a wheelbarrow sitting 5 feet away.

I know this thread is about dieting and I can see why the vapes would be an amazing tool for competitors struggling with their appetite. But for me personally dieting doesn't even come into it. I just want to try it out more as it tastes nice. I am not even gonna get nicotine ones as why would I do that as I don't smoke and not bothered about dieting. I have seen a few useful blends though for other things like relaxation and mental clarity and I would rather use them then anything that makes me want to eat less. Saying that I could definitely do with some appetite suppression (transformation contest) so I may try it out for that too.

I use to smoke. And I vape now, no more cigs. But the vapor is starting to burn my throat, so I'm going to stop vapeing. One good thing is it got my off cigs.

We do enough unhealthy things to our bodies already in this sport without adding God knows what kind of toxic chemicals to our lungs.
I'll deal with cravings the old fashion way - tons of water, gum, sugar free hard candy etc.
