Anyone use weightlifting shoes

barefoot for me, but most gyms wont allow that, so chucks would be my 2nd choice! They're cheap, available everywhere, and work just fine!

X 2. Love the support they give. Also Running shoes of course are not ideal, but the Nike Free line of shoes actually work pretty well.

Getting a pair of Nike Romaleos... You can really get deep with the heel...

Have used Do-Win Rogues for a few years, and recently upgraded to some Romaleo 2's. Also have a set of Risto's from when I used to compete.

If you squat olympic style, then I would recommend them, as they help tremendously.

Got some Nike Romaloes about a year ago, cost me 200 with shipping. I love them, it's almost impossible to squat wrong while wearing them, and yes you can squat deep as hell. I squat like a bodybuilder and still love them. Good investment.

Dado and dalvare1, I think those r stingrays right? I have a pair. But the pro trainers are where it's at. Much nicer. More support. Foot is cradled in there. Same price I believe. Check em out next time.

I love them... they are snug and supportive yet light and flat


and im not gonna lie everytime i put them on im like yeaaaaa i got my badass red otomix on... lots of compliments but... lots of weird looks too lol
