I work nightshift right now. I have been on nightshift for about a year now. Let me tell ya it is pretty difficult because all I want to do is sleep. My family is pissed at me for taking the job. I love my coworkers etc...and night shift in the hospital is a lot easier than the dayshift. However I dont know if I should switch to dayshift given the difficulty level. I know I will physically feel better. My thing is that I cant workout on days that I work since I work a 12hour shift and im beat ass tired after work. I guess what am I to do????? Thanks all. Later.
