Anyone's appetite decrease when it gets really hot out?

Yep! I live in AZ and once summer hits the only thing I experience is thirst.... I completely lose my appetite

My appetite for heavy food decreases in hot weather. I start craving things like watermelon and salads. Good time to cut.

i crave lighter foods, fruits, salads, fish. potatoes and beef not so much, too heavy for me.

I as well eat 2lbs+ beef daily the rest of the year & My red meat craving dissappears

how is your cholesterol while you're eating 2lbs of beef per day?
I was eating 1lb of ground sirloin per day last year when I had my yearly physical with my primary care dr. My ldl was really high and he went apeshit on me. Demanding that I get off hrt and he put me on high cholesterol meds etc. I did some research on it and decided that I wasn't going to do anything except cut red meat out of my diet totally. I stayed on hrt. I went back 8 weeks later and my ldl was PERFECT. Without coming off hrt and without taking cholesterol meds etc. If you've never had yours checked I suggest that you do. I had no idea mine was as high as it was (240!)

Here in the deep south when its often 100+ degree for days on end with almost 100% humidity, solid food is not appealing at all..

I tend to increase my shakes and decrease my solid food meals during those times...

For me the weather doesnt effect me really. Im hungry every 2 hrs whether its hot or cold out, I guess my body is just trained that way.
